"This chemist needs a complete overhaul. Since the present pharmacist has been there, it's gone downhill rapidly. Several issues, to appalling customer service from said pharmacist think her name is Farah. She has a bad attitude, and constantly blames the doctors for not sending over your prescriptions. When in reality it's her excuse to pass the buck, as its quite obvious she can't keep up with demand. When you ring the doctors they state clearly when your prescription was sent. So your having to constantly go back and forth and then you may not have your full prescription so you have to go back again it's pathetic, badly run pharmacy. Go elsewhere it's an absolute tip, you have to wipe your feet on the way out!"

"Been here twice after changing my gp / pharmacy. 1st visit told a 10 min wait and was there 35mins plus only half of my prescription. 2nd visit today they opened 10 mins late and still didn’t have my prescription several days later. Even if they did have them there’s no pharmacist on site. More wasted time."
