"Thought they were open til 6.30pm, got there a few minutes before closing and they were already outside pulling the shutters down, when I spoke to them they said 'it's 6.30' no it wasn't. Yes I was cutting it fine but they could have taken a couple of minutes to serve me and still closed on time. I hope you leaving a few minutes early affects your weekend as much as it will mine."
"Never got the full prescription on the first visit. Was told that they didn't have my last prescription at all and told me as it's jubilee week it would be Saturday. Phones for it this morning to be told we don't have delivery's on a Saturday. Absolutely need to sort themselves out when it's someone's health there messing with. Now had slanging match with pharmacist because the delivery driver cant open an unlocked gate and he didn't like the fact I was telling him how to open an unlocked gate. If a delivery driver cant open a gate he could of rang from outside or made another attempt. I'm sure he has to open loads of gates daily so I'm stuggling to comprehend how he couldn't open this. If a pharmacist cant comprehend the inability to collect medication and becomes argumentative when I'm trying to explain how inconsistent the service is and how easy it is to open the gate. Then he shouldn't be in a front facing job. Yes I'm very frustrated but not once did he apologise for the poor service or that my partner doesn't have her scheduled medication ontime. Big man syndrome. Never wrong. I am a dr so I'm above you attitude. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever come across"
