"Efficient ! They are polite if you have have to queue. There was a disabled lady in the queue. Staff came out and helped her into the shop. All the queue really applauded for them doing that for her. If you are travelling by car parking the Ankerside multi-storey car park as the Castle car park is subject to flooding from the river. Wilkinson's just to the left of the town if you are facing with your back to the Castle"
