"I have been visiting this pharmacy for several years now. From the pharmacist to the counter staff members, all are wonderful and pleasant. I collect my repeats, regularly and in particular, during the COVID19 pandemic time, all the staff have been absolute delight to get connected. The pharmacy offered the support, sympathy and understanding during this difficult period. I admire and would like to thank everyone for their help and being good listeners, more importantly being there! Seeing them Face to face, all within the covid guidelines of course, made me feel so better. In my opinion, they provided para-medical advice and services more than, and beyond my expectation. My prescriptions are always administered in the most professional manner, with a smile. And also nice to get sms saying my prescription is ready for collection. Thank you all there..keep up the good work."

"I called the pharmacy asking about my order that was redirected from Well online ordering system for me to collect but they told me they have no connection with the Well ordering system. I thought it would be simple and easy to collect my repeat prescription order but not so. If this is the norm then the whole scheme of things needs a radical overall to improve things for the user going forward."

"Depending on who you get, one female shop assistant is very very unhelpful. Missed a delivery by minutes (was at home) she could quite easily have contacted the driver (something I would have done when I worked in pharmacy) and asked if he was still local? No, she was arrogant, rude and having none of it. Now it will cost me 10 pounds (on 75 pounds a week) and the use of my rollator to go and get it! Well Pharmacy are now obviously recruiting with "rude & unhelpful" as a quality! I'll be changing to online now"

"Such a friendly and helpful staff! Best pharmacy in the area-- the pharmacist was so kind and patient with my questions, even though they were a bit embarrassing. She was so wonderful. I will always come back. Thanks Well family! --- UPDATE --- Came back to this pharmacy a couple years later after moving out of the area, still the very best! I'd say the best in all of the North! It's so welcoming and warm. I wish all pharmacies could be like this one!"
