"By far this is the worst pharmacy ever. They take prescriptions but they don’t send them out to the patients, I’ve changed my pharmacy nomination so many times to something other than this one, but every single time it just automatically goes to them and I never end up receiving my medication."

"An absolute disgrace. This pharmacy somehow or other stole the prescription from the pharmacy designated by our surgery and although they advised on Monday of last week that it was with a courier, nothing has been received and it’s Sunday and my wife has now run out of her tablets. Absolute fraudsters to be avoided at all costs - should be reported to the relevant body and struck off. I’m updating Sunday’s post. Still no tablets which can cause tremendous damage to my wife’s fragile health although I know the pharmacy has claimed the cost of the medication from the NHS and perhaps has already received payment. "I just cannot believe how hard it was to try And get an urgent prescription for my granddaughter using this service . 1. Firstly you had to ring 2. Then send s photo of your prescription 3. Await a answer to see if they have s basic common anti biotic in stock 4. Then await half a hour if they could provide the prescription only to be told after 25mins stuck in m60 Not sure what this service is all about but fortunately my gut feeling I got the prescription. At a reputable Lloyds pharmacy Be warned"
