"The poor staff need additional help they are over worked and stretched so thin it affects the service they provide. The new pharmacist is struggling and every time I need a repeat prescription I'm told it could take another week. It's a shame that it has gone so diwn hill"
"We have been using this pharmacy for a long time. Recently I was put on repeat prescriptions and sometimes have 3 items. The pharmacy know that the medicine I am on is life long. Yet they happily charged me for 3 prescriptions and not once mentioned that I can go on a NHS plan and save. I find this utter poor service they should advise people of ways to save and not just charge. I am now on the NHS plan where I pay just over a 100 and get all my medication included . Suffice to say I have moved away from this pharmacy."
"Booked my flu vaccine a few weeks in advance. Turned up on the day taking time out of the work day to do so, only to be told they didn't have any flu vaccines available and being told to try down the road. No apologies, just silence. Useless customer service. Not surprising looking at previous reviews."
