"Staff were not very attentive even though the store was empty, leaving me sitting around waiting for a pair of shoes to try on for 10 minutes until I requested them again from another staff member. The whole time I was literally making eye contact with the staff member who had initially told me they would bring them, while he had decided sorting through some empty boxes was higher priority. Also staff didn't seem to know their stock very well, contradicting each other and the website. Was happy with the shoes I eventually ordered from the website later though."
