"Sent my boy in to get a head start on ordering his prescription whilst I was picking something else up and walked in to hear them gossiping about me. Very rude. And didn't apologise when called out."
"Stand around talking even though there's people waiting to be served. Don't inform you if your prescription is not available or short. Needs a good shake up"
"Parents prescription never delivered , and lackadaisical approach to customers. Needs to serve its community better."
"Over the last 2 years the NHS have been trying to protect people from Covid so of course tensions will be high but the staff here have always been helpful and friendly even when I've been stood in the queue and people walk in with an attitude demanding medication that hasn't arrived yet but at no fault of the staff. To those with 1 star reviews show some respect then you'll get it back."
"Words can't describe how aggravating this pharmacy is. I've visited this pharmacy 5/6 times now. I've never had a good experience there. Rude, untrained, unhelpful staff, unreasonable wait times, often blaming the patient when medication requests have not been passed over. Today it was a 10 minute wait before anyone offered to serve me, there was no queue. Then another 10 minutes for them to locate and package an inhaler. Every time I've visited, I've not only experienced bad customer service myself, but I've seen other customers treated badly in front of me. The staff will shout your medication names out for any other customer to hear, they'll also shout to you to confirm your address in a room full of strangers (they don't seem to understand DPA at all). If you can help it, go to another pharmacy, if you can't help it, ask your GP practice about home delivery. I read articles about Brinnington being one of the most depressed towns in the country, in part I think this is in part due to the local pharmacy being so unreasonably terrible. If you're not depressed going into that pharmacy, you will be by the time you leave. I'll repeat again, if you can help it, DON'T USE THEM. Not even good enough to call themselves a corner shop."
