"This place has drastically gone down hill..... staff always decide that they will try and look busy and talk openly and loud about their weekends rather than serve customers. They can be rude and snotty when u get asked if they have text you saying if the prescription is ready..... yet the medication has been signed off and on the shelf waiting and you get no text. The nice friendly staff who were all there all the time have gone so there is always different people in. The town will be knackered if that chemist goes.... but at the same time hardly any body wants to go there now unless they need too because of the poor customer service. Why it takes 15 mins to get 1 box of tablets is beyond me!"
