"Staff are always on their phones, talking to each other with people waiting. Not doing the orders when they come in doing it last minute. My old place took less time because it was already done when it comes in from the doctors and their place is a lot smaller than this place. Staff are rude but lying saying its only just comes in when I have prove it was in Friday never know a place like it"
"We changed our GP practice in December after over 50 years and this is the designated pharmacy. We are so impressed with their speed and efficiency. Whenever we collect our prescriptions we are served immediately and are in and out in minutes. The Well pharmacy we were with previously were hopeless! They regularly didn't have our prescription ready and often were out of stock."
