"I have seen from other reviews that the service is bad but I didn't have that problem. I was greeted with a smile by one staff member, after browsing I was asked by another staff member if I needed help, there was a third staff member who was busy but smiling and laughing also. I purchased a pair of trainers with zero issues. I would definitely recommend a visit here if you're a sneaker freak."
"Arrived at store 5mins before opening for a limited drop. 4 delivery boxes on shop floor. Staff refused to open boxes stating there to busy! Even though i was the only customer and they had just opened the door! Staff unbelievably rude especially what seemed to be the manager. Also saw i guy end up walking out with a pair of trainers without paying which isn’t ok but also karma for how rude they were to him and me! Then they had the cheek to ask me which way he went haha! Luckily the offspring customer service line were great took the complaint and also placed my order for me. Will never use bromley again. Joke of a shop."
