ECCO Oxford Circus

"I arrived at 6.30pm on a Saturday and the shop is meant to close at 7pm. The two staff members had decided to lock up & close early. After a minute or two of me knocking on the door asking why it was closed when it was meant to be opened, they finally opened the door and rudely informed me that they were short staffed and they couldn't help what was written on Google. Very rude. If they'd just opened the door, apologised for having to close early, that would have been a much more preferable experience and I would have been understanding. Doesn't feel good to be condescended to by shop staff!"

"I was today at the shop and, I bought a pair of shoes, the service was nice, like usual, but when I want to pay the s.a. Maciej tried to sell me a cream which was visible very dry had big cracks and was half empty. When I asked him if this is normal he said yes and insisted to give me that one, then I asked to open another one which was full and not dry at all. In the end I bought the one that looked good and new. I understand that the s.a. need to recommend those care products but I don’t find it appropriate to insist to sell a product which he knows that is far away from being good. Perhaps the manager should take a close look at this care products and recommend to Maciej to don’t do this again, this was offensive and I felt like he wanted to fool me."
