"The staff were all super knowledgeable and friendly when I visited. I'm very new to running and my confidence isn't that great. I was given a treadmill assessment and tried on a variety of trainers. Then that evening it was suggested to join their social running group. I was very apprehensive at first as I'm a slow runner and hadn't yet completed a 5k all the way! But I'm so glad I did. They were so welcoming. Lucky for me I also had another women who was my companion at the back of the group, running in the dark through bushy Park was an experience.
