"Visited Philips in ossett this morning. So so happy with my results. A total hair colour change and cut. Meg did it all and was professional, Friendly & understanding, a lovely person. She absolutely listed to me in what I wanted. As soon as I entered the shop all the staff were friendly with a smile or a kind hello, you don't always get this in alot of hairdresser's. I would definitely recommend & will be a regular here. All confident staff there, definitely what you need out of a hairdresser. The salon inside was nice too. "They rang and asked me to rearrange my appointment. Whilst on my way there was a road closure. So I rang and told them I would be 5 mins late. I was told the hair dresser would be rinsing someone's colour off and that my hair would be washed and cut but couldn't be blow dried it would be left wet. So inconsiderate when my appointment they were the ones that change my original appointment .Thanks Hannah but won't happen again."
