"3 times i went here and was fobbed off everytime, £172 spent and everytime told my hair was not light enough for the toner I had been requesting for over a year, they would use a pre lightener instead of bleach, which obviously is why my hair never lifted properly. I went back to complain was told I would have to pay another £72 to 'correct' it. Yesterday i went to a different salon and got it bleached and the toner i have been wanting on, all in 3 hours, it turned out perfect and what i had asked for. Would seriously avoid going to sarah Louise's, they take your money and dont do what you ask."
