"I always try to support local shops so we don't lose them. On the 18th of November my partner booked a holiday for us in the shop. As I was away, I paid the holiday over the phone, which was not a problem. Today, my partner called into the shop to book another holiday. However, this time, they wouldn't accept my payment over the phone. The person serving was very polite and apologised as she had to seek permission to take the payment. Whoever she spoke to wouldn't allow it. Well, the shops loss. Holiday now booked online."
