He is rare in understanding and listening to what clients want from a hairstyle and I can not recommend him highly enough. "This was only my second visit to the salon and it was my last. On my first visit my hair was long and I asked for it to be cut to shoulder length. I was a bit apprehensive about having so much cut off but was extremely happy with it. On returning for my second visit I was seated by the owner who was going to cut my hair. She asked me how I had managed it whilst running her fingers through my hair. I told her what style I would like but hesitated when she showed me how much more hair she would need to cut off. I looked surprised only to be told by the owner that she hadn't slept for 2 days or eaten anything all day because she knew I was due to come in. I wasn't sure what she meant so I asked her and she said that on my first visit I had mentioned how much hair she was cutting off even though I had asked for it to be cut to shoulder length. I was confused and shocked and didn't really know what she was talking about. I was also embarrassed as there was another client in there. So I told her to leave it to which she apologised and said I'm not the hairdresser for you. I left the salon and burst into tears. I found my experience very unprofessional, embarrassing and traumatic...not what you expect when you go to the hair salon."
