"From the moment I walked in I was so impressed by the customer service. I was greeted by the branch manager who took time to work out what I required. He then put me on a seamless text back service. After waiting for 5/10 mins I was called back. The travel agent that looked after me was Sue. She was patient and listened to our needs.this wasn’t easy as we had our toddler with us. She took time to listen and found our perfect holiday. She then wrote the details down for our holiday nad followed up with an email. After a couple of phone calls she made the process so easy and we booked our holiday the day after. Thank you to Sue and her team for the impeccable service."
