"Had a really bad experience in hrre today. Went in blind to look at travel to Thailand. Came out feeling thick. The young lady dealing with us was so unhelpfull. Sipping coffee and large water in front of our faces.. no interest in helping us. Only looking at one site for the trip. No smile or friendly talk to help you feel welcome. Had to grt out rather quickly before asking for someone else to serve us. Will not be returning if have to be dealt with by this person. My daughter is travelling for the first time alone and needed some guidance."

"Traveling from Manchester to Perth then on to Brisbane. Finally spending a weekend in Hong Kong on the way home. Not the easiest of itineraries but one you think an experienced agent like Travelbag could sort better than ourselves on line. Oh how wrong I am. Eight hours wait in Hong Kong airport on the way over. Advised to book into the lounge there by the agent. An absolute waste of money and time. It transpires there were earlier flights we could have got to avoid this wait but we were never made aware of this. On the way back from Brisbane, we have justs discovered that we could have caught an earlier flight to Hong Kong giving us an extra afternoon there. Unfortunately our agent has booked us on a longer later flight that stops off on Cairns on the way increasing our journey time by about three and a half hours. We will never use this agency again. Totally disorganised and treated us as a nuisance whenever we questioned anything. As for the stopover at Cairns we only noticed this when we got to Brisbane airport. In the very small print of our itinerary it does mention one stop but at no point was this ever discussed, explained or agreed by ourselves when we went into book with Travelbag. Avoid total disappoint and dreadful service, do it yourself on line. Easier, clearer, less confusing and cheaper. How this business still trades is beyond me."
