"Placed first time order for delivery, food was scheduled for delivery within an hour, but it arrived 30 mins later than the suggested delivery time. Disappointingly food was barely warm on arrival, with crinkle cut chips cold on plating up. Options on menu offered Fries, had it said Chips, crinkle or otherwise would not have ordered them. May have been busy with it being Saturday night, but would have expected food to be hot on delivery & updated with regards to ETA"

"Placed order 3 soggy kebabs and chips. 45min del waited 1hr25mins and when it arrived one kebab had onions even though it was clear we ordered without. The manager argued with me saying we made a mistake we are busy he did not take ownership of the fault and the fact he argued with me about it infuriates me. I hung up and shall never return. 3rd January 2022"
