"Went for my first pedicure as a birthday present, never again! Didn't think I had sensitive skin but as you can see from the pictures, he rubbed so hard he cut my big toe, bottom of my foot and my heel. Nails themselves looked good but not worth the pain. He did apologise but put me off pedicures for life."
"Me and my friend had our nails done, as it's a family run business between the son and his parents. Son was very rude and very intimidating and did not have good customer service at all!! He made a few cheeky comments when me and my friend was asking about the nails. He also carried on talking in his own language (chinese) with other staff in the shop and made us feel really uncomfortable. I wouldn't got back!!! Was not happy with the service."
"I've been coming here for ages and today is the last time. It was busy so they rushed my nails. My nails are just an overlay. It's not hard, same everyone. Acrylic overlay, colour, done. They're thick, really fake looking and the colours touched my cuticle so they look messy and unkempt. I asked them to take the length down and they did, but way too much. I had to tell her twice to make them thinner and that there was bits in the nail polish before they cured it. They've also caught my cuticles and I left bleeding. It's a shame. I won't be going there again, even if it was free. So disappointed."
