"do not buy from these people. My item never arrived and the company ignores all emails. Be careful, they have an ebay shop called wooow_deals. My item never arrived but they were not interested once they had my money. they ignore all emails and despite the fact royal mail say the sender should investigate missing parcels they refused and ignored all my many emails. royal mail have now said they will deal with me but they need the certificate of posting from the sender. I have requested this several times but they ignore my emails. Beware Ebay money back guarantee it is a joke."
