"The box used to be good and friendly! Now is very bad! Their manager is rude and only very nice to the resale people who they will reserve or help them get nice items. She asked staff start to warn customer close from 5pm and you can not bring more than 4 items to try. You also can not try anything outside of the change room! At 5:30pm they will kick you out from changing room immediately even if you have not finished! Although They close 6pm. I shopped so many places never saw treat customers like this with attitude faces!!! Their sample sale prices are worse than music room and showcase!"
"See I am not normally keen when a company takes over sample sales but the box does a very good job, they are organised normally sometimes it goes Pete Tong... But overall they send out the information in advanced, clearly telling interested parties when sales start and at what time. I have had some very decent success at the liberty London sale. I have bought pocket squares and ties here which have served me very well. My girlfriend has bought liberty London note books, cushions and small bags. They are very good prices and in excellent condition. I found that dragon cushion and the next lady behind took the four left over. They have been very fair in the advice they give on things on sale and it makes me respect them...it isn't just a hard sale. I have gone back numerous times and never left empty handed. "It is very bad experience to invite Prada for this insincere and deceiving sale. Most of the items are 2 -3 seasons ago and they are 40-50 % off. These items were on the same percentage sale 1-2 years ago and were further reduced in the outlet. I spent 2 hours queue and 2mins inside."
