"I usually love plumö items but it is rather frustrating when you order items that will cost you a goood price and that should be delivered within 2-3 weeks and it has been more than 2 month and nothing is happening. I am constantly writing to the customer service to get updates and they tell me they will put an urgency on that order and talk to the manufacturer but nothing is happening. I have ordered a jacket for autumn winter in September we are now November and at this point I am not even sure I’ll will get it by spring. Absolutely disappointing."

"I recently ordered the Callanan sweater as it looked fab and I wanted 100% wool product. Sadly, the size 3 (16/18) was a tight fit on me. I'm a 16 and wanted the baggy look it advertised but while the shoulders, sleeves and sweater length were perfect, it was too clingy round the tummy. Sadly, the company doesn't do a size 4. I had to return it with great reluctance."

"I have to say that I feel very let down by this company . I paid £15 plus postage for a face mask. It did not arrive despite emails assuring me that there was a delay in the warehouse/issue with Royal Mail/non tracking system . I requested a refund in full as I felt that I had waited long enough and could easily buy elsewhere . I also requested a call as I cannot get through to this company and have changed my card details since placing this order. Few more emails back and forth telling me that a refund of £15 is on its way but no refund for postage and still no call ! Frustrated to say the least for now losing postage money and concerned about getting refund on a cancelled card not to mention NO CALL. I do not recommend this company and am very annoyed with all the time I have wasted not to mention losing money! Very unhappy customer ."

"Absolutely love the products from Plumo but the ordering process and knowing when the products will arrive is rather hit and miss. We ordered three things and they all arrived separately with no means of knowing where the missing two items were. The billing process was a bit confused too. Have recently received a fabulous summer hat, canvas shoes and masks and a delightful pink sweater. All gorgeous quality and look fabulous on (maybe not the make but they feel super!) Would be really happy if the speed of delivery and information about when things are going to arrive was a bit better. Appreciate the problem with the virus may have had an impact."
