"Really poor knowledge of their own policies, the staff told me she cannot refund my money as it is more than 30 days from the date of online order. She does not even know that the 30 days return period are from the day customer received/picked up goods from the store. I had to dial the Mango customer service and get them to confirm this to the staff in-store (who then also persisted that the customer service personnel from her own company to send her the policy in writing which she is not aware of?!) I would never visit the store again, she wasted my whole lunch hour because of her lack in knowledge! She does not even know that it is against the distance selling policy! Customer needs to have received and seen goods. Though online Mango customer service had been courteous, polite and had apologized for their behalf. My order number is BUQ9EJ which items was picked up from the store on 06 August 2019."
"Saw a nice helpful lady yesterday when I was buying something for a friend (I think she is the manager/supervisor), she gave me advice on hiw to return the item if needed, but has totally been let down but the rude "lady" who served me tiday when I had to get a refund as the item wasnt suitable. Miserable person who shouldn't be working with customers, very huffy body language and attitude. When she asked for the receipt and I didn't catch what she said due to her hurried speech and strong accent, she huffed back, "Receipt receipt!!" I just looked at her, completed the transaction as quick as possible and was out of there. Won't shop there again- at least as long as she is there."
