"This review is for a young gentleman that worked there November 8-10th, I am beyond grateful for his kind conduct. In short, we went to get jeans for my husband, and while he was trying it he put his phone down and ended up forgetting it in a dressing room. We walked out thought we had everything with us and about 10ish minutes later i see someone running after me and it was this wonderful gentleman bringing us my husband phone as he forgot it. I was soo relieved as we would have noticed probably another 30 mins after and would have never found it. Just want store to know how much i appreciate their employee’s kindness. Sadly we ended uo not getting jeans because my husband needed larger size than the largest they had, but the store is extremely well stocked with fashionable and trendy pieces. Women’s section is at the basement level :-) so i gather it’s predominantly male clothing store"

"I have been buying Replay for couple of years and never get tired of the type of jeans they do. The jeans are comfortable tp wear and the faric quality is good too. I bought Jackets and tops that are quite comfortable and fits well. I shop at Carnaby branch (one and only) and the staff are quite helpful and friendly and I would recommend the shopping experience to the fashionable crowd."

"Tried to extend a credit note I had due to the expiry being in the middle of lockdown. The lady in store yesterday informed me it expired in 6 months when I later found out it says 1 year on the receipt. She also gave me a number for customer services who said they may be able to help. After calling them the lady there (Laura) told me I need to go back in store and basically had no interest in trying to help. All the staff I have spoken to were rude and unhelpful and I am still going round in circles trying to find a way to spend the credit note I have... This will be the last pair of replay jeans I will be purchasing (if I can actually use my store credit)."

"Went for a job interview back in June, deputy manager Francesco interviewed me for only 10 minutes and he could not be asked to ask interview questions, which hiring managers should be asking to the candidates. So even though I did my company research, have a very good work experience, a good knowledge, punctual, on time and looked very good for the interview. I feel like that I had my time wasted since also I have been lied from Francesco that he said to me on the Monday (day of the interview) that either him or members of his team would have called me to confirm whether I have the job or not! The weekend arrives and nothing no news at all! If anyone from the Carnaby store reads it shame on you for being dishonest, unprofessional and being time wasters! I am not scared to express my opinion and if you don't like well I don't care!"
