"Bought a pair of "leather" gloves there that quite literally disintegrated during the day because they were definitely not leather. Went to get a refund, and it was denied of course because "store policy" doesn't allow refunds. Return of faulty goods is a legal right and it is above any store policy you might have in place. I was instead offered an exchange, which I accepted and took other gloves with, which are not that great either in terms of durability."

"I Love Rokit. The only place i've gone to looking for sunglasses and came out with a handbag! Perfect place for fun snazzy often unusual eye catching seasonal change ups and gifts. Good value. The staff are super friendly and guided me to some choice newly arrived items. Plus they helped me with the handbag selection (for a friend's bday) as many glamorous numbers to choose from. Always a fun upbeat and colourful place to visit."

"A great hidden treasure full of decent vintage clothes , even the odd designer offering . If you don't want to pay full price for a north face jacket this is the place to go . Just as good for men's clothes as well as woman's . Take your time you may find a bargain ."

"Here you can buy a plain t-shirt for £15. Honestly the pricing is pretty off. It all starts pretty high but at least doesn’t soar into the oblivion, although it’s still far from ideal. Honestly their custom products looked the best, there is also a nice corset section. But overall the arrangement is confusing. Knowing how many alternatives there are in the vicinity, I don’t think I will return there."
