"Whilst the selection of clothes and shoes are lovely my experience was dampened by the very rude staff :( . I was on FaceTime to my mum and was asked to turn the volume down on my phone. I ended the conversation with my mum and heard the staff talking about me with a customer. Very unprofessional and very rude! It’s one thing for the customer to slag me off but another for the staff to join in. Really ruined my day and I will not be returning to this shop."

"Great ladies clothing. Went in to find something for my girlfriends b’day and the assistant was really helpful. Just by showing her a pic she worked out the correct size. Ended up buying a complete outfit including shoes & a necklace & still had enough money left to take her out to dinner."

The shoes I found are of good quality and my friends always ask me what designer they are from! I always get good comments from everyone when I wear something from Utopia. The shop is local to me so am always popping in for something, and if I cannot get there I will call ahead & they reserve it for me! Great service from all the team.
