"I went here not too long ago for a soak off and gel manicure. Both ladies were really friendly and I felt so welcomed. I was offered a drink as soon as I got there and it's really nice that hot drinks come with complimentary biscuits. The ladies were chatty and friendly and I was sat with another client and it was nice that we were all talking together. I had really stubborn acrylics or gel extensions on and it took aaaages for them to soak off and I was at the last appointment of the day. I felt really bad as I know that the lady doing my nails was trying so hard to get the gel off but it took so long to come off and it took such a long time! I also couldn't decide between colours so both ladies took time to help me pick and got down several different bottles for me to have a look at. My nails were manicured really well and the polish looked great and stayed on for over 2 weeks. I don't get my nails done very often but when I want them done again i'll be sure to come here! Staff very attentive and go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed. Thank you!"
"Accidently found Grace via groupon. Was the best accident that I ever had. Lol. Grace takes amazing care of your nails and you doesnt rush whatsoever. I love coming to get my nails done even when it means travelling from one side of Birmingham to the other! Also love how Graces ensures your happy with the colour and your nails in general.
