"I bought a grey/green suit from this place, the lady guaranteed it would fit me, (there is no place to try things on). When I got home, the fit was horrible and the material caused my skin to react (I’m not even sensitive). So I returned it a couple of days later, if not the next day. Anyway, the lady wasn’t there but her Husband: Ahmed was. I couldn’t find anything in the shop in my size as a replacement. The man told one of the workers to write me a credit note. (See below). He should’ve signed it himself, but he didn’t! I said it would be very difficult for me to return quickly as I was due knee surgery and have small children. He said ‘don’t worry, I am here, this credit note is all you will need, another worker in the shop:Jannat, also reassured me that I wouldn’t need anything else.’ I attempted to purchase something with it a couple of months later and they completely denied it was from their shop. They remembered us purchasing it but not me returning it. They don’t even keep record of stock returns numbers etc. they don’t even have a record of staff they employed during the summer. They refused to accept the credit note and refused refund at the time of return. I find it absurd that she remembers me purchasing it but doesn’t remember me returning it when she corrected me on the price I paid for it! And she doesn’t remember who else was working with her during that time, and the owners don’t know exactly who was working there either! Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on this, please spread the word and if you recognise the signature below, please go and tell Ahmed/Rabia whose it is and to rightly refund me or accept the credit note that the owner guaranteed."
