"Hit and miss depending on who is doing your treatment. My massage therapist was nice enough but had long nails which I felt scraping down my back which was disgusting. She also didn't communicate with me at all about needs. Atmosphere is wonderful, staff could do with a bit of training."

"second time today getting my haircut by Sophie and i couldn’t recommend her more, i usually hate getting my haircut but Sophie is so lovely and puts you right at ease, cutting my hair to exactly how i like it and styling it beautifully, both times my hair has felt so soft and healthy afterwards. the whole salon aswell is so calming, clean and welcoming. 10/10 really can’t recommend anymore!!"

"Had booked an appointment on treat well and then walked to salon to inquire about a massage. They had a massage available right away with Libby however they then said they were calling me to see if I could move my appointment I was asked to move it from 245 to 445 by Victoria who is very nice. I agree and then I did have to say would it be with her she said no it would be with Melissa. She offered a single does treatment as an alternative to say sorry and to be very kind for when I returned with my blow dry. I arrived and she was able to accommodate me with the treatment I was then given to Melissa who seems to be very new for my blood dry I asked for smooth hair with lots of volume especially in my crown. About halfway through I explain to Melissa that I wasn’t seeing the volume at all and she needed to go tighter and lift my route I was told your roots are already done when I then said some thing she stopped looked me in the eye and said you doYou not like what I am doing? Awkward. When getting a blow dry you have to start very tight and high and pull through Victoria gave her some pointers and it did look pretty when done however just not what I asked for. She seemed unable to listen or take Any suggestion and at that point I was offered a little bit of a tease back of my hair by Victoria. I also told her I don’t part my hair I work sort of tousled and that’s why the crown needs to be blown through the top. Was it cute? Sure I guess just not What I wanted and if you have somebody come back two hours later maybe they should be heard! More like 3.5 but the look I got from Melissa made me feel badly."

"Got my hair cut off. Service was 10/10. Did exactly what i wanted, the hairdresser was very gentle and chatty! Got a mini head massage when washing my hair. Give free drink as well. If you're a new customer, its half price on your first treatment. Check their website, it'll say 50% off. You can pick any of your choice. Simply show the receptionist. :)"
