"I have been coming here for 35 years and I've never received such a shocking service as I have lately, Simon the dentist is brilliant but the receptionists Christine and Janet are the worst I've ever come across, they simply do not care and refuse to help you at any given opportunity. 5 times I've phoned over the past 18 days to book in an appointment and I keep getting promises after promises that they will return my call after speaking to the manager Jake. I'm still waiting for a call back .... How on earth do they still have a job I'll never know, they are absolutely useless."
"This is by far the worst practice. The receptionist with the black hair and glasses is so rude and I’ve seen the way she treated me and my dad compared to her standard white person. Every couple of weeks the staff change except Simon and this receptionist and they really don’t give a damn about patients. My dad had gum bleeding since 2 days, 111 advised us to go to the dentist but at at 9am they had no emergency appointments left?? I asked her for an appointment the following day to which she said she can’t cos they’re full and to call in for emergency tomorrow morning but as soon as I was leaving she gave an appointment tomorrow morning to a white man who had a “slight toothache” he described it as. Get your moneys worth somewhere else instead of dealing with the unprofessional rude staff here."
"Terrible customer service, it’s as though they don’t care anymore. I went 3 times for my appointment and each time it has been cancelled. The receptionist was very rude and wasn’t acknowledging what I was saying. The workers are unprofessional she wasn’t welcoming or being respectful towards me, I am appalled. Further training should be provided to the employees as they work with patients face to face and there should be a level of respect and indemnity. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all. Left the surgery feeling upset and unwanted for my treatment. This is common knowledge around the area and something should be done on the management side."
"I had a filling done at the dentist, it has been 5 days and my tooth is still sensitive and in a lot of pain, I have been trying to get in touch with dentist leaving messages, holding on for hours on end, nobody have got back to me, receptionist is very rude and not forwarding messages, still waiting, ridiculous, going to leave them and find another dentist. It was so good and family friendly when it was originally Lee Worthington dentist, they were really helpful, they use to get back to me within the hour, I can understand the negative reviews, rang again today but not ring back so far."
