"Absolutely fuming really I used to be a patient with ashgate but I've been suffering with depression for a few years and let's say serten aspects of my personal care have been lacking. so I've got excruciating pain in my rear tooth and was told it wasn't that tooth it was the one next to it. (I know what tooth it is it bloody hurts when I put my tongue on it) to be then told to use mouth wash and them little brushes between them and that will be OK if not to goto the hospital won't be going back there but the reception staff are very pleasant"
