"I went in store (birkenhead) on behalf of my mum who has always had old phones and hers broke , needing a new cheap basic phone as usual. Her worry was having the large pay as you go SIM card as wanting to keep her old number still aswell as just something within her budget. The lad who I talked to was so helpful and went out his way to look for something that may suit and he found a Samsung phone that was just perfect for the likes of my mum and got to keep her number. She was made up and for her it’s a fancy phone for £42 absolute bargain. He could of just said no we don’t have any but actually looked for me and even attempted to charge it to show me but I had to go so took the risk of charging it at home and all good. I appreciate his help and I’ll definitely be back to sell or buy next time. #10/10 customer service"
