"I had an appointment booked at this salon after the covid-19 lockdown, and Sharon (the owner) made every effort prior to this to make the booking process easy, and she worked really hard to squeeze an appointment in. The appointment itself was wonderful. You are greeted at the door and then guided into the shop, everything is clean and easy to understand, you have to wear a face mask the entire time you are in the shop and there are various other measures in to safeguard your safety. Becky cut my hair and she was friendly, chatty and professional. She listened to what I wanted to have done to my hair, and how I wanted it styled. She asked questions throughout to ensure I was happy with my cut. Once the cut was all finished you are guided over to pay by card, and then out of the shop again. All the staff are welcoming, and friendly. The measures put in place because of covid-19 are very well thought out, and are not intimidating. My haircut has been expertly done and I will be definitely going back again."
