"Fuming! Booked a first time appointment with this salon. I noticed upon walking in the salon a young assistant shaking here head to another young girl who was on reception. I introduced myself, explained my appointment was at 10:30am. "No" came the response, we have you down for next week". "That's not right, I booked the appointment for Friday 31st at 10:30am" I replied. " Sorry we can't fit you in" - even though there was only 1 other customer in the place who was in the process of getting her hair cut. I had clearly stated to the girl who took my booking over the telephone that I would be very pleased to accept the appointment on 31st August at 10:30am that SHE had offered me. What a complete waste of my time and effort getting to the salon. In no way did I get my dates mixed up, I wrote it down in my diary immediately on being given the date. Unprofessional and dishonest in their conduct/ I would avoid this salon and look elsewhere!! I gave it 1 star as there wasn't a choice for no stars!!"
