"My daughter went to have a wet cut on her hair today, not only was she disappointed in the unwelcoming attitude of the staff but the cut was not very good. Though the condition of my daughters hair is not the best to over dying it and poor health, she was offered no advice nor did she feel that the service given was reflected in the £20 paid. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience and will not be visiting again. More importantly she felt unable to return to the shop to complain due to being made to feel unwelcome on her visit."
