"After many recommendations for this salon I had my first appointment with Sarah. It was unlike any other consultation I have experienced at a salon. I was asked questions about the style I wanted, but with a real focus on my hair type and the overall look and feel of the style I wanted. The discussion involved advice, but mainly she helped me decide what I really wanted, rather than just something I thought might look good. The cut and styling was done with an incredibly high level of expertise and care. I now have a complete restyle and I couldn't be happier. The way my hair falls and moves is going to make my life much easier."

"Certainly a cut below the “Premier luxury Hairdressers” as described on their website and certainly not the best in Bromsgrove. Luxury is probably an excuse to charge premium prices! All the staff are fabulous but are clearly under immense pressure to work fast, my last two experiences have not been great, I’ve been left with a wonky cut and those unwanted grey hairs still showing despite a £150 price tag!! On my last visit I was booked in for a staggering 5hours without my knowledge (just a cut and advance colour!) Apparently a regrowth now doesn’t form part of their advanced colour and you have your roots done for an extra £43 - £64?!? It’s the second time I’ve had had my hair revealed and not seen brilliant results for the the price tag! Will not be going back."
