"Excellent shoe and boot store with wide range of footwear and excellent range of sizes. The boots come in half sizes and are usually available in small, medium and large widths. You may pay a bit more on average but I do not mind this when you bear in mind their exceptional customer service. The staff in the Bluewater branch were superb. In this day and age this makes a refreshing change and good customer service is a quality that makes me want to go back to the store again. Five stars Jones!"
