"Clean cinema with ample car parking. Spacious leg room is a plus. The play area for kids is poor with limited options. No way to pay by card and regrettably the staff were unhelpful and dismissive towards us. Hopefully the management would pick this up as our nephews were sorely disappointed and we didn’t quite like the staff member’s attitude. As a family of eight, we spent more than £70 for food and refreshments on top of tickets at the cinema and wanted our nephews to have a good time. As per Mr. James- staff member- at the till, he could not get me some change for the play area unless I purchase something more in cash. So there should be an option to have cash back or go cashless/ tokens. If the service is not user friendly, it shouldn’t be there to cause distress to customers especially kids. We expect some basic courtesy from trained staff who mans the till on a regular basis instead of being impolite to customers."

"The cinema is spacious and clean most of the times. The price per film is higher than Vue. There were kids on bikes in car park and could be trouble. BR is a plus but they don’t have much flavours."
