"I purchased a pair of trainers. There was only one shoe in box so sales assistant went and got display shoe and put in box. He checked sizes were the same. When I got home and was sorting the laces out I noticed there were differences between the shoes. The labels inside showed one from 2019 other 2021. Different laces, different colour and shape at front. Now I have to return them. When I returned them and had spent more money on travel they had lots more of the trainers in stock so got 2 shoes the same this time."
