"The service we received from Clare & Tom at Thornley Groves, Monton branch has exceeded our expectations. They both are excellent. I am extremely impressed with Clare and especially with her quick response to emails. My husband and I have been working with her for about five months through the process of buying our house. When I email Clare with a question or to get an update on our case, I get a response no later than three to four minutes after sending the email. It's been like this every time I've emailed Clare since we've been working with her. Buying a house is a somewhat stressful process, therefore to receive a quick response is very reassuring and shows us that we are not alone and have support from her and the agency she represents.
