"Contacted Inhouse Domestic left my hoover with them,they had it for nearly 2 weeks. I made over 5 phone calls was constantly told they were waiting for parts. Told my hoover was ready for collection on Wednesday of this week. Called them Friday to say I would collect it, was then told they were still waiting for parts. Then to top it off was called 4pm Friday to say they could not fix it. I would not bother with this place poor customer service, waste of time, messed around no help what so ever."
