The staff are always polite and helpful and the manager always remembers him right down to his shoes size. They they order stuff in and they will ring me and let me know when it arrives so that I can come and pick it up which is great."

"My last couple of visits there have been disappointing. The dark haired lady ( manager I assume) is rather rude. I asked questions about school shoes and wellies and she went to the back room and sent someone else to ask if I needed help - felt very uncomfortable and left. Will not be returning."
"I used to love shopping here, ladies were lovely and helpful. Now just young girls that couldn't care less and just want to stand at the till chatting. Waited 5 minutes , not a smile, nod or ask to help so I walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Very sad, won't shop there again"
