"My overall experience was one where I was made to feel like less of a person, extremely rude, abrupt and confrontational. On the phone I was told £250 was the price and then from 12 the next day a £20 charge would be applied daily, so then I rushed to pick it up today… and the price was £290. So I was lied too, and then when I confronted them at the reception the staff member stared into my eyes, almost pushing her face into the glass separator and very abruptly said “it’s been here two days, that’s two days charge.” I was intimidated, humiliated and also made to feel like a less of a person. This kind of behaviour is beyond unkind, I don’t understand how a person like that can go home and feel like they have any positive effect on society. To the person in question, you were much older than me and my 9 year old son has better people skills than you, I suggest you have a good look in the mirror and think about who you are."
