"I brought my fiat 500 here after a bump ( my insurance advised me to take my car here) It all went smoothly but- because it was early summer when I received it back I was unaware of the front light problem. I had to take it to a local garage and the bonnet add a wire trapped in it also after paying £80 for this guy I have forever problems with people flashing me because my lights are not set properly it’s just been a nightmare for me I would not recommend this place at all- I trusted them . They said after such a long time they could not do anything- make sure you check all is well when you pick your car up"

"Do not choose this workshop, everyone says something else, there were already two dates when car was supposed to be ready. They keep the car longer than they should! After the repair, only cosmetics and checking if everything works is supposed to take a minimum of 5 days, it's probably a joke. They do not listen to what you asked them. Whether it would be possible for the car to be ready by 1pm on a given day (because I made an appointment at Mot) it is probably not that hard to do. Additionally they scratched my car, we'll see if and when it fixes it. Only one positive thing is that the employee who brought the replacement car very kindly explained all, the petrol how to use an automatic gearbox that everything was clear."

"Mr Lowe. Chesterfield VW GOLF VE66YHW. After a no fault collision my car was sent to Alton Cars of Rotherham it was there 12 weeks but I know it takes time to get all the parts together to do the repair. When it came back I sent it back because of a couple of niggles which were soon put right. After a couple of days back home I noticed chipping to the rims on all 4 alloy wheels, obviously clumsy use of the alignment equipment, which is still not right, car tends to drift to near side, and the steering wheel is not straight and level when driving straight ahead (a bit sick about this). All in all the repair looks very good, the guy who sprayed the car is a real professional in my opinion. ( I just hope he's the one that got the half tank of missing petrol ) If it wasn't for the above rest assured this would have been a 5 star review."

"I've never wrote a review ever in my life, this felt necessary. Took far too long, owned the car 12 months and they've had it 4... constant lies when it comes to updates. Body repairs where actually really good but the service on the front end is the worst I've experienced at any garage. Stay clear."
