"Asked for a face wax and had a 2 inch burn left ! She tries to tell me my skin was thin. But I get this done every month. I just couldn't get to my normal beautician . Paid more than normal. ! Avoid !"

"Literally the worst and unprofessional behaviour ever! When you come inside the staff gives you a dirty look and wouldn't even say hi to their customers they completely ruined my lashes i had to come back multiple times to get it fixed and specifically asked for a different lady and still the same lady "fixed" them anyway and did a horrible job once again but this time you couldn't even see no lashes on one eye and she tried to tell me it looked good not to mention i had to pay again for THEIR mistake, they made me feel awkward for wanting to get it fixed when I clearly paid for it multiple times!! Never coming back again!!!"

"Moved into the area a month ago, walked in saw nail products and ask if they did manicures as the owner was threading at the time, young lady came out, askd my daughter what she wanted started of very amateur, gave it a chance, no choice of decent colours, said clear insisted on an awful pink, even though we said red, results were herendeous, paid £25 and 20 the fix from a shop a few doors away"
