"i was served by pratik and he helped me with finding the right fitting and shared his knowledge and experiences with shoes and boots with me. im glad glad he did as i got to understand how these shoes with benefit me in longevity. needless to say as someone who relies on insoles because i have flat feet the boots that i have chosen which was 'northcote', made me feel like insoles are not needed. as soon as you lace the shoes up the high quality leather lifts up my flat arch acting as somewhat an insole. it was very comfortable and did not feel pain in my feet. i went in there for 1 shoe but wanted to buy another shoe. i am coming back again for a different pair to try on and purchase. thank you pratik for helping me. very patient and extremely helpful. great suggestions and i learnt a lot."

"Absolutely superb customer service. I managed to spill diesel on my brown suede shoes. I took them into the Canary Wharf branch who sent the shoes back to the factory for cleaning, they came back as good as new and the service was entirely complimentary. I have always felt that Crockett & Jones are the best shoes money can buy and now I know they have the customer service to match. I would highly recommend the product and the branch."

"Classic excellent quality hand made sales from Northampton. These are not cheap the minimum price for a pair is at least 300, but the quality is really good. Crockett and Jones is essentially a luxury brand but is backed by being family run rather than being part of a large conglomerate (church's owned by Prada). Staff are super friendly and well knowledgeable. If you do live the shoes but want them at a cheaper price you can still go to the factory in Northampton and but seconds or ex stock for around 200."
