"I would not recommend. They are not welcoming or friendly. I was made to wait 25 minutes after my appointed time as they were clearly running behind however no one bothered to tell me it would be that late. There was no apology and i was pretty much ignored whilst waiting. When my appointment did start they then asked if i would like a drink -there was a whole 25 minutes to ask. The nail work was not great. I have had my nails done several times and the shaping was off. The lengths were inconsistent and the girl doing the shaping didnt seem to know the difference between a rounded and a square shape. They do cut corners here. The polish was only applied twice whereas in every other salon i have been to they apply it 3 times to get the colour to match. The girl kept answering her phone and replying to messages whilst doing my nails - its really not very professional. They had to open the front door at one point as the girl doing the hair was creating so much smoke whilst blowdrying. Avoid and go somewhere where they dont ignore you, they dont cut corners and they know how to do their job properly."
