"I don't normally shop in Clarks but went there to pick up a gift for someone. First issue, poor inventory... They couldn't a pair of shoes i asked for, that they confirmed they had. I was also treated like i interrupted a blondie female staff members conversation with another's staff member, saying "What! "at me when I asked for help. I didn't get her name but remember she had alot of makeup on and was standing on the lower floor of the store Other staff and the manager were very helpful. But will be going to the westfield store from now on.."

"After many years of being happy with their shoes, I have now had two pairs that "broke" after a short time (a heel came off on one pair, and for the other pair, the soles broke on both shoes, right in the middle. When I contacted Clarks I expected that they would want to look at my shoes to improve their quality. Just the opposite happened: even after exchanging about 6 emails with them, trying to get them to fix their production and give me confidence to buy Clarks again, they just kept saying: "sorry, you go to where you bought them, and you may get a refund". Really incredible, they seem to have no quality assurance whatsover. Very dissapppoining."
